EVENT BOOKINGS
Booking & Confirmation
All event bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required booking details have been received and booking payment has been completed.
To provide the best experience, we require accurate information including the event date, location, guest count, event type, and any specific customization requirements.
Event Details & Changes
Please provide final event details as early as possible. Changes to the guest count, event location, event timing, setup requirements, or customization requests may affect the final price and availability. Any significant changes made close to the event date may not be possible to accommodate.
Customization
We love creating experiences that feel personal to your event or brand. Custom patch selections, branded items, packaging, displays, and other special requests may be available upon request and may incur additional fees. For brand events, we generally recommend customizing brand-related items wherever possible so that guests continue to use and engage with the brand after the event.
Setup & Venue Requirements
For on-site events, the client is responsible for providing a suitable space for the Patch Edit setup, unless otherwise agreed. The venue should provide reasonable access for setup and breakdown, along with any required parking, loading access, electricity, or other venue requirements communicated in advance. Our team will arrive at the agreed setup time and require sufficient time to prepare before guests begin the experience.
Event Timing
The Patch Edit experience will operate during the agreed event hours. Any extension of the agreed service time may be subject to additional charges and availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Event bookings involve advance preparation and customization. Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the booking and how far in advance the request is made.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
General Policies
Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time, but any confirmed order or booking will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Photography & Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Patch Edit may photograph or film our event setups and experiences for marketing and social media purposes. We will always aim to respect guest privacy and avoid using identifiable images where consent has not been provided.
For brand events, any content usage will be discussed and agreed upon with the client where applicable.
Policy Updates
We may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, or operations. The latest version will always be available on our website.
